Arkeus is scaling fast to meet a 10x increase in demand, following successful operational deployments and strong investor backing. Their flagship Hyperspectral Optical Radar (HSOR) system, built for the most challenging environments, is already integrated into multiple defence platforms and plays a key role in Australia’s defensive capabilities under AUKUS Pillar II initiatives.
With rapid growth, increased manufacturing capacity, and expansion into new geographies, Arkeus needed to scale its team with precision- hiring people who not only had the right technical expertise but who deeply understood the mission.
